Syarat Pekerjaan :

  • Bachelor's Degree Any Major
  • Experienced as QA for Contact Center Min. 2 Years
  • English Proficiency (Holding Intermediate Certification from Reputable English Course)
  • Good Analytical Skill
  • Detailed and Accurate Person
  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Have Knowledge in basic IT/Mobile apps
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • To Do Regular Sampling Based on SOP
  • To Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly QA reports
  • To Recommend Improvement Programs to Ops Based on Top Findings
  • To Do Regular Calibration with Client's QC Team
