Admin Finance (Temporary)

Telmark Indonesia looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Finance to support our finance team during maternity leave coverage. If you’re familiar with invoicing, tax documentation (e-Faktur/Coretax), and Excel, we’d love to connect with you!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and print client invoices on schedule
  • Create and issue tax invoices (faktur pajak)
  • Record and input daily financial transactions
  • Compile basic financial reports as needed (e.g., billing recap, AR aging, etc.)
  • Coordinate with related teams to ensure accurate billing data
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and records in an orderly manner
  • Support other finance administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Administration
  • At least 1 year of experience in finance administration/invoicing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP)
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong record-keeping skills
  • Able to work under deadlines and manage high volumes of data
  • Preferably familiar with e-Faktur and Coretax systems for tax invoice processing
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently and in a team
  • Willing to work on a temporary contract basis
  • Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
