Telmark Indonesia looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Finance to support our finance team during maternity leave coverage. If you’re familiar with invoicing, tax documentation (e-Faktur/Coretax), and Excel, we’d love to connect with you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and print client invoices on schedule
- Create and issue tax invoices (faktur pajak)
- Record and input daily financial transactions
- Compile basic financial reports as needed (e.g., billing recap, AR aging, etc.)
- Coordinate with related teams to ensure accurate billing data
- Organize and maintain financial documents and records in an orderly manner
- Support other finance administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Administration
- At least 1 year of experience in finance administration/invoicing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP)
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong record-keeping skills
- Able to work under deadlines and manage high volumes of data
- Preferably familiar with e-Faktur and Coretax systems for tax invoice processing
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently and in a team
- Willing to work on a temporary contract basis
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
