Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and perform lead profiling to identify potential business opportunities.
- Offer the company’s services to prospective leads and generate interest in collaboration.
- Proactively reach out to decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Maintain and update a lead database for effective tracking, nurturing, and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads are handed over smoothly.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to identify new potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 graduate in Health Sciences, Nursing, or Therapy-related fields.
- Sales experience is highly preferred.
- Experienced or familiar with the medical, physiotherapy, or aesthetic industry.
- Possess a strong professional network and customer database within business, enterprise, or government sectors.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for lead tracking and reporting.
